Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to Covid, I generally go to the post office to Ship out On Mondays and Thursdays. If Monday is a holiday I will ship on the Tuesday.

PLEASE NOTE.  Canada Post has stopped guarantying shipping times, on all parcels including tracked parcels.  Due to high demand during COVID 19. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

STANDARD SHIPPING OPTION does not come with tracking. It is regular letter mail. If you want tracking on your order please select other options when checking out. 

 Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 20km 

I will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange the best delivery time.


You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready to arrange a time!

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JULIA MASCI TEXTILES  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 



In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept exchanges for a store credit, which can be used right away or saved for a later purchase. Please email me within 3 days of receiving your item. 

Item must not have been worn or used.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange process

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with  a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
